ALL STUDENTS need to be on the field in full uniform, ready for run thru, at 4pm SHARP!
Run thru: 4pm to 5pm
*Meal served: 5pm to 5:30pm (Bar-b-Cuties, beans & chips)
Load & leave: 5:30pm – 5:45pm
Arrive Mesquite: 6:45pm

Uniform: All black- black bibbers, all black socks, black marching shoes

Festival Schedule
Warm-up area - South
Warm-up time - 7:40pm
Leave warm-up area - 8:10pm
Performance time - 8:30pm
(Snack and drink given)
Ratings Announced – 9:30pm
Return to AHS around 10:15pm
