Suggestions for Stars Game DART riders:
PLEASE allow a minimum of 10 – 15 minutes pre-departure to purchase your ticket for the train. With as many students, families and general fans that will be taking the train to the Stars game, it may take you longer than normal due to everyone purchasing tickets and there is only a few ticket machines available. If at all possible, my suggestion would be to go by earlier in the day and purchase your day pass. Then you would only need to board the train when it arrives.

NOTE:
Performer tickets will be handed out to each student just before entry into the AA Center. Anyone that ordered extra tickets, please check with your student tomorrow, Friday, as the tickets will be/are being handed out Friday morning. Each student will be signing for these tickets so they will then become their responsibility.

• All student performers will meet on the Mezzanine Level at Victory Park outside the AA Center. This will be right outside the Channel 8 Studio.
• Meeting time - 7:20pm
• Pep Rally - 7:30pm, Bring your Flip Folder
• Dress – Band Polo, Jeans, Rubber Soled Shoes Required

All students performing on the ice MUST submit
a waiver form prior to Friday, November 12th.

Each student performing “on the ice” must have a waiver filled out and submitted along with their order form. They may be at the link below, as well as in each band hall.

Payment will be accepted in the form of: cash or check (white box only) and electronic check or credit card (on the Web store )
All student performers must purchase a ticket which cost $15.
Deadline for all ticket orders: Friday, Oct. 22, 2010

Once again, the Allen Escadrille has been invited to perform “On the Ice” at a Dallas Stars Hockey game. As in the past two years, the students will perform on the deck outside of the AA center before the beginning of the game. Once the outside performance is over, we move inside in preparation of entering the ice and performing during the first intermission!
Transportation will not be provided this year! A designated meeting time and place to be posted at a later time.
