	Attendance is mandatory at ALL rehearsals and performances.   If you have an UNAVOIDABLE
	situation that will cause you to miss a session, you MUST LET US KNOW!!  Call the
	Allen Band office, 972.727.0400 X 7744.  If we are unable to answer, please leave a detailed
	message with ALL pertinent information.  Communication is very vital.  Please post this office
	number so you and your parents can keep us informed of your "where a bouts"!
	WE MUST KNOW WHERE OUR PEOPLE ARE!
